This wine which won a silver medal in The Berliner Wein Trophy is produced exclusively with Merlot grapes harvested by hand. It is characterized by a pale pink color with salmon shade.
It abounds in aromas of raspberries, cherries, strawberries and final notes of Cornelian cherry and rose hip. A fresh and invigorating after-taste, supported by a very pleasant acidity. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of +6° +8°C and it perfectly pairs with salmon or tuna dishes, but also with grilled white meats and vegetables dishes.
